How the tax works. Flat 15%: a non-resident individual does not use the resident 0/10/20% bands — under Income Tax Act 1995 § 4(2) rental income falls under Schedule 1 Part IV at 15% with no tax-free band, as the MRA's own filing guidance confirms.
